Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder (graduates of Business Degree courses have an advantage)
• At least 3 years of experience in remittance operations (preferred but not required)
• Required skills: Interpersonal and leadership skills, organizational skills, and customer service and conflict resolution

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure that all cancellation/amendment instructions via email, tested transactions, and/or via SWIFT messages received from remittance partners are acted and replied upon within the agreed Turn-Around-Time (TAT)
• Handle the consolidation and dissemination of implementation advisories of remittance tie-ups issued by Marketing Development Officers (MDO) to the team and ensure that documents are properly filed and kept for immediate reference

Qualifications
