Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in Isabela seeks a detail-oriented team member to provide accurate, efficient processing of over-the-counter transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, remittances and foreign exchange.

You will deliver friendly customer service, promote bank products where appropriate, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. This onsite role supports daily banking operations at the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job.
• Preferably at least one year in branch operations; open to fresh graduates.
• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Effective interpersonal and people management skills.
• Good problem solving and numerical skills.
• Willing to work onsite in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the bank's clients; may include promoting bank products and services.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include but not limited to promoting/offering bank’s products and services.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job, preferably Business course
• Preferably at least one (1) year experience in branch operations in a commercial or universal bank, but open to fresh graduates
