The role focuses on listing and catalog issues, compliance tasks, and bulk uploads via flat files; candidate will troubleshoot, manage Seller Support cases, and document resolutions while working remotely or in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

2+ years hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace operations.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving Amazon listing issues and suppressions.
Experience managing cases with Seller Support and submitting required documentation.
Strong flat-file competence and ability to complete a screening task during interview.
Familiarity with Amazon processing reports and troubleshooting flat-file errors.
Experience handling product documentation and compliance information.
Strong understanding of Amazon catalog structure and listing requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

Monitor listings for errors, suppressions, inactive listings, and catalog issues.
Investigate and resolve suppressed listings and implement corrections.
Troubleshoot product detail page data including titles, bullets, descriptions, and attributes.
Create, update, and upload Amazon inventory and category flat files.
Review processing reports and correct errors; resubmit files.
Open and manage cases with Seller Support and document resolutions.
