Job summary

Multiplymii LLC is seeking an Amazon Account Specialist to support the day-to-day management of an Amazon Seller Central account for a US-based brand. The role emphasizes catalog maintenance, listing QA, case handling, and backend updates within a lean ecommerce team.

The position is fully remote from the Philippines, offering morning overlap with US EST and potential flexible hours after onboarding based on performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central operations, catalog management, or account support.
• Strong experience with listing QA, backend updates, variation fixes, flat files, and catalog troubleshooting.
• Experience managing Amazon support cases and following issues through to resolution.
• Strong understanding of account health, suppressed listings, buy box concerns, and inventory monitoring.
• Comfort prioritizing competing tasks, meeting deadlines, and updating tickets in Asana or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Amazon Catalog & Listing Maintenance: QA listings, ensure product details and backend data are accurate.
• Listing Troubleshooting & Case Management: resolve listing issues, manage Amazon support cases.
• Content & Asset Updates: upload images and content via Seller Central or flat files.
• Account Health & Program Monitoring: monitor health, inventory, and programs like Subscribe & Save.
• Operational Task Execution: complete day-to-day Amazon tasks and updates flagged by the team.
• Process & Task Management: track tasks using Google Workspace, Asana, and internal docs.
• Promotions & Deals Execution: set up Lightning Deals, Coupons, and other promotions; track results.
• Review & Customer Feedback Monitoring: monitor reviews, flag trends, remove policy-violating reviews.
• SOP Documentation: build and maintain SOPs and playbooks for recurring workflows.
