Job summary

1840&Co is seeking an Amazon Marketplace Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day management of 3P Seller Central and 1P Vendor accounts in the Philippines. You will drive end-to-end product onboarding, maintain catalog integrity, and plan proactive promotions with strict SLA adherence.

Responsibilities include resolving listings issues, hijackers, and suppression cases through Case Management and Brand Registry.

Qualifications

Direct, hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Clear, professional communication with customers and support teams.
Proven ability to troubleshoot account flags and content issues via Case Management.
Ability to build long‑lead promotional calendars.
Strong history of meeting fulfillment and order health standards.

Responsibilities

Onboard products for 1P and 3P launches and maintain catalog integrity.
Plan and execute proactive promotional calendars for key events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday).
Ensure 100% policy and category compliance with Amazon requirements.
Resolve listing suppressions, hijackers, price erosion, and PO discrepancies via Case Management and Brand Registry.
Maintain operational SLAs, process FBM orders, and share clear communications with customers and teams.
Conduct inventory reconciliation and audit inbound shipments to match internal records.
