Job summary

Podean is seeking a Retail Specialist with extensive experience in Amazon Vendor and Seller Central to join our global team. This role will support client accounts, launch ASINs, and ensure account health across marketplaces.

You’ll partner with account managers and marketplace specialists to resolve issues, set up discounts, and manage pricing attributes. This is a remote-first, globally collaborative environment with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supporting clients in Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Experience with daily account checks and maintaining account health.
• Experience launching ASINs and variations and troubleshooting related issues.
• Ability to pull reporting data and support shipment processes.
• Experience setting up discounts and promotions in Seller Central and Vendor Central.

Responsibilities

• Support client accounts in Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Collaborate with account managers and marketplace specialists to resolve retail issues.
• Lead ASIN launches across marketplaces and troubleshoot variations, pricing, and attributes.
• First line of defense for account-related issues and coordinate with the team to resolve them.
• Monitor and report on account health, and support promotions setup.
