Acquire Intelligence is a global outsourcer delivering Amazon marketplace and related eCommerce services. The Marketplace Specialist drives growth, manages listings, and optimizes promotions while coordinating with cross-functional teams for operational excellence.

The role focuses on catalogue management, A+ content creation, PPC campaigns, and robust reporting to meet sales and profitability targets across marketplaces. Remote-friendly with strong exposure to international partners.

Responsibilities

Catalogue Management: Manage product listings, content, pricing and promotional activity to maximise visibility, competitiveness and sales performance. Monitor stock availability, inventory levels and Buy Box / Featured Offer performance, working with Supply Chain to minimise lost sales opportunities.
A+ Content Creation: Undertake keyword analysis and implementation to ensure each listing has relevant keywords. Focus on SEO. Develop and execute copy content to support keyword penetration and A+ content requirements.
Promotional Program: Execute and optimize PPC campaigns on marketplaces to drive listing preference and support major promotional periods. Work with marketing teams to ensure primary presence in promotions.
Reporting: Create KPIs to drive reporting and provide periodic updates. Conduct competitor and market analysis and provide reporting.
Additional Responsibilities: Support ad-hoc marketplace tasks, assist with customer service inquiries, and provide general operational support across marketplaces.
