Qualifications

• Experience managing shop backends (Seller Center, Shopify) with catalog and variant setup.
• Maintaining high-quality backend data and regular system audits for accuracy.
• Monitoring account health and resolving policy violations or operational risks.

Responsibilities

• Execute shop onboarding tasks and launch readiness checks.
• Set up and maintain products, variants, bundles, attributes, and listing quality.
• Maintain backend product data hygiene and shop organization.
• Monitor shop health, policy issues, violations, and operational risks.
• Check for stock, logistics, refund, order, and system issues that require follow-up.
• Update operational data points in the Command Center and internal trackers.
• Handle standard fixes and route non-standard issues to the right owner.
• Support system accuracy across shop backend tools and reporting inputs.
• Maintain repeatable setup standards and QA checklists.
