Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, e-commerce content strategy, or digital advertising with focus on Amazon or marketplaces.
• Expertise in Amazon content creation: titles, bullets, A+ content, storefronts, images.
• Experience mentoring junior teammates, formally or informally.
• Proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret content performance data.
• Collaboration across media, account management and design.

Responsibilities

• Own development and execution of content strategies across multiple clients, including top accounts.
• Review work, unblock teammates, and mentor Content Associates.
• Serve as client partner and SME on Amazon best practices.
• Collaborate with designers for award-winning creative strategies.
• Work with Media and Account Managers to align content with client objectives.
• Partner with Account Managers to create content and SEO strategies that support broader goals.
• Analyze performance data and testing insights to continuously optimise content and outputs.
