Job summary

Directed Electronics Group is seeking a Marketplace Specialist to drive growth and optimize the Amazon business and other marketplaces from the Philippines. You will manage listings, content, pricing, promotions, and performance across channels, working with cross-functional teams to align with business goals.

The role requires strong collaboration with Supply Chain and Customer Service to ensure SLA compliance and to maximize Buy Box win rates and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage product listings, content, pricing, and promotions to maximize visibility, competitiveness, and sales performance.
• Monitor stock availability, inventory levels, and Buy Box/Featured Offer performance, working closely with the Supply Chain team to minimize lost sales opportunities.
• Manage deals, promotions, and key trading events across Amazon and other marketplace platforms.
• Ensure marketplace pricing is accurate, competitive, and compliant with agreed pricing strategies.
• Work closely with Customer Service to resolve marketplace customer issues and enquiries within agreed SLAs.
• Manage brand registrations, storefronts, and brand content across relevant marketplace platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to ensure each product listing includes relevant keywords, with a strong focus on SEO optimization.
• Develop and execute compelling copy to support keyword penetration and A+ Content requirements.
• Brief and coordinate with the Design and Video teams to develop A+ Content that supports product listings.
• Ensure created content improves product visibility and helps secure prominent placement in customer search results.
• Develop and manage brand store profile pages to support the Amazon marketplace.
• Execute and optimize PPC campaigns across marketplace platforms, including Amazon Sponsored Ads, eBay, and other relevant advertising platforms, to drive listing performance and support major promotional periods.
• Work closely with Amazon’s Marketing and Promotions teams to secure prominent visibility in Amazon promotional campaigns.
• Ensure pricing and promotional programs align with the Sales team’s requirements for the physical store network.
• Conduct keyword analysis and ongoing optimization for marketplace listings.
• Monitor and report on advertising program performance as required.
• Develop and establish relevant KPIs to measure marketplace performance.
• Prepare and consistently report on agreed KPIs.
• Conduct regular competitor and market analysis and provide relevant performance reports and insights.
• Support ad hoc marketplace tasks and projects as required to meet business priorities.
• Assist with customer service enquiries and the resolution of marketplace-related issues when required.
• Provide general operational support across marketplace channels as needed.
