Job summary

MedHealth Connect Outsourcing Inc. is seeking an organized Amazon Seller Central Specialist to manage and optimize Amazon marketplace operations. You will handle orders, listings, inventory, pricing, and account health to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on experience with Seller Central, PPC campaigns, keyword research, and inventory management, with onsite work in Eastwood/Quezon City and alignment to US schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations and policies.
• Experience managing listings, inventory, orders, and account health.
• Knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
• Experience with Amazon PPC/Advertising is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood, Libis Quezon City with US schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central, including orders, listings, inventory, pricing, and account settings.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings with titles, bullets, descriptions, backend terms, images, and variations.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve visibility and rankings.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or excess stock.
• Troubleshoot listing issues and catalog errors.
• Monitor Account Health, feedback, reviews, and other KPIs.
• Handle Amazon cases with Seller Support for issues.
• Prepare reports on revenue, units, conversion, traffic, profitability, and KPIs.
• Assist with or manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including keyword research and budgeting.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, rankings, and marketplace performance.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Assist with promotions, deals, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and maintain records.
