Job summary

weSource Management Consultancy Firm is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a BPO in Ortigas. This onsite role requires shifting schedule and involves handling phone, chat and email for an Airline account.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience with at least 6 months handling Airline Account.
• Must have Omnichannel experience.
• Average to above average English competency, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Handling Phone, Chat and Email.
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Providing excellent customer service and support.
• Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Analyzing situations and providing effective solutions to customer issues.
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously, such as talking to customers, entering data, and using computer systems.
