OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking a logistics professional to manage import/export registrations for airfreight and sea freight, coordinate bookings, and maintain accurate shipment records. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance, track milestones, and communicate with clients and carriers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or operations.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with logistics and freight management systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute import/export registrations for airfreight and sea freight with proper documents.
• Arrange bookings, warehousing, transport, and pickups per client needs.
• Maintain shipment details and prepare customs clearance data.
• Handle B‑job registration and documentation for air/sea freight.
• Prepare operational documents and ensure SOP compliance.
• Manage emails, communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Update trackers and dashboards; escalate issues promptly.
• Suggest process improvements and assist in SOP updates.
