Job summary

Offshore Business Processing in the Philippines seeks a seasoned AOG and airfreight specialist to manage end-to-end time-sensitive shipments. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to keep operations moving, respond to AOG requests, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The role requires 3-4 years in airfreight, strong English, and a proactive, resilient mindset. You will work onsite at Alabang and benefit from a comprehensive benefits package and signing bonus

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of airfreight experience
• Knowledge of international air transport regulations (Incoterms, customs)
• Experience with time-critical operations (AOG/Aerospace)
• Proven managerial and coordination skills for front-line AOG operations
• Strong attention to detail and discipline in decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client escalation management
• High stress resistance and ability to operate under time pressure
• Business-level English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AOG shipments, including spot quotations and client coordination
• Monitor shipments, manage deviations, provide timely updates for visibility
• Maintain communication with all parties involved
• Manage dispute cases and ensure SOP adherence
• Negotiate with suppliers and support cost optimization
• Supervise the AOG operational activity and frontline team
