Job summary

The National Forwarder (S) PTE LTD in the Philippines seeks an Air Import Coordinator to manage daily shipments from pre-arrival to final delivery, liaising with airlines, overseas agents, customers, transporters and authorities to ensure smooth cargo clearance and delivery.

Responsibilities include monitoring flight arrivals, preparing documents, handling customs declarations and TradeNet processes, arranging cargo collection, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining records in the Freight

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Experience with airfreight documentation and TradeNet is advantageous.
• Candidates with relevant logistics experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily air import shipments from pre-arrival to final delivery.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, customers, transporters and authorities for smooth clearance and delivery.
