Job summary

iphios logistics corp. in Manila seeks an experienced Air Import / Manifest Executive to support efficient import documentation and manifest operations.

You will handle air import documentation, prepare and submit manifests, and ensure accuracy of import and manifest documents, while ensuring customs compliance and timely cargo release. The role requires 2–3 years of airfreight experience and strong knowledge of MAWB/HAWB, e-CCM, VASP, consolidations, airline bookings, and NAIA operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of airfreight import experience.
• Strong knowledge of MAWB/HAWB.
• Strong knowledge of e-CCM / VASP.
• Strong knowledge of Consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of Airline bookings.
• Strong knowledge of NAIA operations.
• Strong knowledge of Manifest preparation.

Responsibilities

• Handle air import documentation.
• Prepare and submit manifests.
• Ensure accuracy of import and manifest documents.
• Ensure customs compliance.
• Coordinate processing to ensure timely cargo release/processing.
