Job summary

RELX is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Director of Business Analysis in designing, delivering, and adopting AI-enabled workflows across operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; strong analytical mindset.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• Experience in legal, content, or operational environments preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting process redesign and automation using AI and low-code.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation abilities.
• Familiarity with agentic and AI-enabled systems and transformation.
• Ability to use AI tools to support analysis, documentation, and ideation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into actionable solutions for AI/automation.
• Analyze and map processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
