You will work with multiple departments, translate complex processes into actionable insights, and champion AI-enabled workflow improvements across discovery, analysis, and documentation tasks.

• Prepare recommendations for workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support future automation initiatives.
• Help translate business processes into automation requirements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and process reviews.
