Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modelling and automation.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and validation.
• Power BI for dashboards and storytelling; Excel for data analysis.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Understanding of cloud concepts and data architecture is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM data and customer insights is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer, product usage and operational data to identify trends and risks.
• Develop insight to support customer behaviour, retention and product decisions.
• Create dashboards and reports to track key customer and business metrics.
• Automate recurring analyses and data preparation tasks in Python.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate questions into analytics.
