APL Logistics is seeking an experienced Business Process Transformation Manager to redesign and harmonize global processes. You will lead end-to-end transformation, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and drive initiatives from concept through benefits realization.

The role combines process excellence, change leadership, and technology adoption to deliver measurable efficiency, improved service quality, and enhanced employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in business process transformation or digital transformation.
• Experience with AI, automation, process mining, and workflow tools.
• Proven ability to analyze and redesign end-to-end processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across functions.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, analytics and workflow tools.
• Define future-state processes, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage assessment, design, implementation and change adoption.
• Track KPIs and benefits realization to improve efficiency.
