Job summary

RELX is seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with multiple Business Units, delivering IT solutions and services aligned with cost, quality, and strategic targets. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and help define and test business applications under supervision.

Responsibilities include documenting current and future state workflows, qualifying AI/Automation projects, translating business needs into user stories for AI/RPA, and coordinating with Operations and Technology

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and experience in business analysis, process analysis, or software testing.
Knowledge of SDLC and exposure to Power Platform, Python, SharePoint, AI or automation projects.

Responsibilities

Document before and after process maps during current state analysis and process discovery sessions.
Pipeline Management and Qualification of AI and Automation projects.
Analyze and document business requirements and workflows.
Develop system specifications, data and process flows; data conversion strategies.
Create user documentation for technical and functional use.
Adhere to established processes, protocols, and quality standards.
Manage stakeholder expectations and elevate issues as needed.
Build trust with stakeholders through clear communication and reliable execution.
