Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in business intelligence or data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling (Snowflake, Databricks, SSRS).
• Expertise in BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Clear communication of findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• Fundamentals of databases and data warehouses.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and basic ML concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Copilot) and enterprise AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Support the build and maintenance of data pipelines feeding executive dashboards and reporting systems.
• Translate complex data flows into clear visual insights for executives.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate analysis and hypothesis testing.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Support real-time decision-making through automated reporting and alerts.
• Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards in BI tools.
• Support data quality checks and document data issues.
• Document analysis processes and maintain technical documentation.
• Extract and validate data from multiple sources using SQL.
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests.
