Job summary

RELX is seeking an Enablement Lead - Change Management and AI Specialist based in the Philippines to drive transformation within Global Operations. You will lead change delivery, build AI fluency, and shape adoption of AI-enabled data solutions across functions.

You will partner with AI and operations leaders to design scalable enablement programs, monitor adoption, and report outcomes. Strong communication and program management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, learning and enablement, business transformation, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional change or enablement initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Formal change management certification or equivalent practice record.
• Experience delivering change on AI-enabled or data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Change Impact Analysis and readiness assessments.
• Develop and execute change management plans including communications and training.
• Lead AI enablement strategy and learning track execution for Global Operations.
• Own enablement programs end to end: materials, facilitation, tracking, coaching.
• Manage intake, prioritization, governance, and reporting for GOEC work.
