Qualifications

• 3+ years in business operations or a similar generalist role.
• Ability to work full-time US Eastern Time hours from the Philippines.
• Proven experience with modern business systems and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional operational projects end-to-end with documentation.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships including onboarding and invoicing.
• Support finance workflows, policy compliance, and month-end coordination.
• Coordinate clinic operations support and SOP development.
• Build AI-powered automations to reduce manual work.
