Proven experience coordinating logistics across many stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

Own project plans, timelines, and trackers for multiple workstreams.
Drive new-market launch and market operations including real estate, buildout, hiring, and vendor contracts.
Coordinate with Clinical Ops, Finance, IT, People Ops, and external vendors to keep work moving.
Build repeatable playbooks and Claude workflows to automate recurring tasks.
Provide executive support to the CEO and Implementation Director, translating priorities into tracked work.
