Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is seeking a Business Operations Specialist working remotely from the Philippines to support cross-functional operations during US Eastern Time hours. You will own end-to-end operational projects, manage vendor relationships, and assist finance with workflows and month-end activities.

You should bring proven AI fluency, strong English communication, and a track record of building scalable SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business operations, operations, consulting, finance operations, or a similar generalist role.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with tools (e.g., Claude) and ability to show actual work output.
• Excellent written English and async communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a rotating portfolio of cross-functional operational projects end-to-end—scoping, execution, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships: sourcing, onboarding, invoice tracking, renewals, and performance follow-up.
• Support financial operations in partnership with our finance function: AP workflows, expense policy compliance, reconciliation support, and month-end coordination.
• Coordinate operational support for clinics across Massachusetts and Missouri—supplies, facilities follow-ups, licensing and credentialing tracking, and center-opening logistics support.
• Build and maintain SOPs so that every process you touch is documented, repeatable, and improvable.
