Job summary

ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) is seeking a Business Operations Specialist based in the Philippines, working full-time on US Eastern Time hours. You’ll own cross-functional operational projects, manage vendors, and support financial operations in a rapidly growing healthcare environment.

You’ll use Claude and other AI tools daily to build automations, develop SOPs, and drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business operations or a similar generalist role.
• Able to work full-time US Eastern Time hours (approx 9 PM–6 AM Manila).
• Hands-on experience with Ramp, Rippling, HRIS tools, and QuickBooks.
• Demonstrated AI fluency with actual work products.

Responsibilities

• Own a rotating portfolio of cross-functional operational projects end-to-end.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships including onboarding and invoicing.
• Support finance operations with AP workflows, reconciliation, and month-end tasks.
• Coordinate operational support for clinics across MA and MO, including licensing tracking.
• Build and maintain SOPs to ensure repeatable, improvable processes.
