Job summary

Eastvantage is seeking a Director of Learning and Development to own the strategy, content, and programs across locations. You will define the roadmap, build scalable AI-powered training, and measure impact in a fast-growing BPO environment.

You will lead end-to-end L&D initiatives, collaborate with operations and client success, and manage budgets while delivering multi-country training through live, LMS, and self-paced formats.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in L&D, Talent Development, or Organizational Development (3+ years in BPO/outsourcing preferred).
• Proven experience building or transforming L&D functions.
• Strong instructional design expertise (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
• Ability to operate independently and deliver end-to-end programs.
• Experience with LMS platforms and program management across geographies.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience in multi-country BPO environments is a plus.
• Certifications (ATD, CIPD, etc.) and analytics experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the Philippine BPO talent landscape and emerging skill requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the annual L&D roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Design and produce training content and AI-powered production tools.
• Launch and facilitate training programs across locations with mixed formats.
• Collaborate with operations, delivery teams and client success to identify needs.
• Define success metrics and build performance dashboards; report outcomes.
• Manage external vendors, tools or certifications and own the L&D budget.
