Lidl & Kaufland Asia Pte. Limited seeks a forward-thinking Learning & Development Manager to spearhead upskilling initiatives and AI integration across the organization.

You will design, deploy and scale learning frameworks that close critical skill gaps and promote AI proficiency across departments. You will collaborate with leaders to forecast talent needs, curate blended learning experiences with the INT L&D team, and measure impact through KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ solid training experience in a multinational company.
• Experience with setting-up AI literacy programmes and AI integration.
• Experience working in multi-cultural environment and virtual teams.
• Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for upskilling and understanding new technology and trends.
• Track record of presenting and working directly with the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute enterprise-wide learning pathways from gap analysis to delivery.
• Collaborate with business leaders to forecast talent requirements and map capability growth.
• Curate blended learning experiences with INT L&D team including e-learning and workshops.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure programme adoption and impact on performance.
• Orchestrate job rotation programmes and internal mobility initiatives.
• Identify and manage relationships with external training vendors, institutions, and tech partners.
• Oversee external providers to ensure training materials meet quality benchmarks.
• Engage with government bodies and industry agencies to align with national upskilling agendas.
• Facilitate targeted training sessions to address evolving operational needs.
• Draft and implement L&D policies with accurate data reporting.
