Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to shape AI-driven training materials and playbooks. You will design onboarding content, facilitator guides, and curriculum outlines, and refine them based on feedback to support scalable learning processes.

This remote, flexible role involves 5-20 hours per week with a strong emphasis on accuracy and documentation quality for AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across business workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or learning and development programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines.
• Experience building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics used in people-ops reviews.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and learning curriculum outlines.
• Track course completion and engagement data using structured spreadsheets; support manager enablement.
