Job summary

Addiction Foods NZ Ltd. is seeking a Learning & Development & Performance Management Manager to own the learning ecosystem and onboarding end-to-end, leveraging AI tools to scale and standardize processes across the Philippines.

You will partner with managers to design KPI frameworks, train on goal setting, and drive a cadence of coaching, reviews, and calibration, while ensuring compliance, localization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in L&D, Talent Development, or Performance Management; 3+ years owning an LMS/LXP and performance cycles.
Demonstrated experience building KPI frameworks/scorecards and coaching managers to use them.
Strong instructional design for digital learning (ADDIE/Backward Design, microlearning, assessment design).
Comfortable with AI tools (chat assistants, content generation, workflow automations) and data dashboards (HRIS/BI).
Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and project leadership across functions.

Responsibilities

Own the L&D roadmap aligned to business strategy and compliance.
Administer the LMS/LXP with user management, pathways, campaigns, and reporting.
Curate digital courses, microlearning, and learning paths with localization.
Track completion, impact, and audit-ready records and dashboards.
Develop KPI frameworks and coach managers on goal setting and reviews.
Lead onboarding from pre-boarding to 90/120-day ramp with AI-enabled tools.
Create lightweight dashboards for KPI visibility and early-warning signals.
