Job summary

IntoGREAT seeks a versatile Learning Experience Designer (AI & Instructional Design) to scale our digital learning capability. You will design short-form modules, assessments, and SCORM-based content to translate SME knowledge into learner-friendly resources.

You will map learning journeys, develop client-specific universities, and build scalable learning ecosystems combining internal and client content. Collaboration with SMEs and leadership across functions is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, HR, or related fields.
• 3–5 years in Learning and Development, Instructional Design, or related roles.
• 1–2 years creating SCORM-based training materials for enterprise LMS.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital learning content including short-form modules and SCORM-based content.
• Create learning journeys and pathways within the LMS/LXP environment.
• Develop client universities and scalable learning ecosystems.
• Design assessments and integrate AI-enabled learning tools.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business leaders across functions.
• Administer and govern LMS/LXP content and users.
