Job summary

Vertical Institute Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Lead Trainer & Course Developer to join our in-house team. This senior role combines hands-on AI training delivery, end-to-end course and curriculum development, and leadership of training quality.

You will design, develop, and own AI courses for individual learners and enterprise clients, mentor other trainers, and ensure high delivery standards across programmes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).
• Strong practical knowledge of AI and its applications, incl. Generative AI, productivity tools, prompt engineering.
• Experience delivering AI training, workshops, or professional learning programmes.
• Experience developing courses, curricula, learning objectives, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Experience leading or mentoring other trainers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the quality and consistency of AI training programmes across delivery teams.
• Develop new AI courses and training programmes from curriculum design to delivery.
• Coach and support other trainers, share best practices, and set high delivery standards.
• Deliver AI training to individual learners and corporate clients with practical outcomes.
• Ensure training content stays current with AI developments and industry needs.
• Support onboarding of new trainers and maintain learner engagement across programmes.
