Human Intelligence Co., Ltd. is seeking a Sales Funnel Conversion Specialist to own optimization of digital customer journeys across brands, products, and services in a fully remote, independent contractor role.

You’ll combine psychology, analytics, AI, UX, copy, and marketing automation to continually improve performance, with monthly base compensation and KPI incentives. Join a global AI‑first organization focused on meaningful customer experiences and measurable business impact from anywhere

Qualifications

4+ years of CRO, funnel optimization, or growth marketing.
Proven ability to improve landing pages and funnels.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal English communication; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Own funnel optimization across multiple brands, products, and services.
Conduct CRO activities: A/B testing, heatmaps, session recordings, user behavior analysis.
Leverage AI-first optimization for personalization, recommendations, and reporting.
Work with Marketing, Sales, Product, Design, Copywriting, Ops, and leadership to drive performance.
Use marketing technology (GoHighLevel, WordPress, CRMs) to streamline workflows.
Measure outcomes and optimize customer journeys for higher conversions and retention.
