Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technical marketing operations, growth operations, or revenue operations, supporting growth marketing or product-led growth initiatives.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic workflows using Claude or similar LLM-based tools to automate operational work
• Strong Snowflake expertise, including building tables and views, writing complex SQL queries, and supporting data transformation or data warehouse initiatives
• Practical experience with Pendo or a comparable product analytics platform, including reporting and instrumentation
• Demonstrated ability to partner with growth, product, and marketing teams to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Proven ability to collaborate with data engineering, product, and marketing stakeholders and communicate technical concepts in actionable terms to non-technical partners
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from scoping through delivery with minimal oversight

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and agentic workflows that automate recurring marketing operations, including campaign development, data enrichment, lead routing, and reporting
• Build, maintain, and query Snowflake data models and pipelines supporting the company's Data Transformation Program
• Partner with data engineering teams to keep marketing data clean, current, and ready for analysis
• Own product analytics instrumentation and reporting in Pendo, tracking activation, engagement, and conversion throughout the product-led growth funnel
• Collaborate with Product-Led Growth, Growth Marketing, and Customer Marketing stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver supporting automations, integrations, and dashboards
• Lead technical projects from requirements gathering through development, quality assurance, and rollout
• Establish standards and best practices for growth operations tools and workflows
• Support growth and PLG experiments by instrumenting tests, building reporting views, and helping teams interpret results confidently
• Serve as the technical point of contact between Marketing Operations and cross-functional data and engineering teams on marketing data infrastructure projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and integration issues across marketing platforms, CRM systems, and the data warehouse
