Job summary

Human Intelligence, a fully remote, AI-first organization, seeks an experienced AI Business Automation Specialist to design, build, test, document, and deploy AI-powered automations across the company.

You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, HR, Sales, Product, Leadership, and Customer Success to remove repetitive work and create scalable systems that improve speed, accuracy, and the overall employee and customer experience.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience designing and implementing business automations.
Experience with modern no-code or low-code automation platforms.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and workflow design.
Experience documenting technical solutions and business processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Outstanding organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Design and build automations across CRM workflows, lead management, sales pipelines, HR, marketing, onboarding, and reporting.
Leverage AI to improve workflow design, process mapping, documentation, AI agents, and knowledge management.
Build using no-code/low-code platforms with scalable, well-documented solutions.
Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable systems.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, AI Engineering, and Leadership.
Ensure quality: thorough testing, documentation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
