Job summary
Digit88 Technologies is seeking a highly driven Technical Recruiter to build high-quality engineering and product teams. You will own the full hiring lifecycle, understanding technical requirements, and building passive pipelines.
You will partner with Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Data, and Business leaders to deliver across specialist, senior, and leadership roles, using modern sourcing techniques and automation to scale hiring.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years hands-on technical recruitment experience.
- Research-driven sourcing with passive candidate hiring.
- Experience with multiple sourcing channels and techniques.
- Experience working with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Strong interviewing, communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Technical Hiring across multiple tech domains.
- Lead searches with limited supervision and own hiring outcomes.
- Research & Sourcing using LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub and more.
- Market mapping, talent intelligence, and passive talent research.
- Build proactive talent pipelines and personalized outreach.
- Understand tech stacks and screen for technical fit.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders on priorities.
- Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and analytics.
- Continuously optimize sourcing methods and funnel metrics.
