Job summary

Digitide, a global AI-led solutions firm, is seeking an HR Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team in the Philippines. You will identify, attract, and screen skilled professionals, partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and company culture.

You’ll develop innovative sourcing strategies, maintain a diverse talent pool, and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding, enabling Digitide to build a strong, capable workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in tech.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with candidates.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, with willingness to learn new software.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting data and making informed recruitment decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
• Passion for technology and a commitment to contributing to our dynamic organization.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract potential candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, evaluating candidates' skills and fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and company culture.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pool.
• Maintain a talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, including interview notes and candidate profiles.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the team and stakeholders.
• Assist with employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
