Job summary

Worldwide Hotels (WWH) is seeking a Head of Reservations to lead Corporate and cluster Reservations teams across all properties. You will standardise practices, drive service excellence and achieve revenue goals, leveraging AI-powered tools and digital solutions.

You will oversee budgeting, staffing, and process improvements while collaborating with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing and Operations to optimise inventory and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' experience in Hotel Reservations at hotel property or corporate level.
• 3–4 years' supervisory experience as a Team Lead.
• Strong knowledge of hotel distribution systems (PMS, GDS, CRS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and customer service skills.
• Experience using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages Corporate and franchised cluster Reservations teams across all properties.
• Develops and implements SOPs, service standards and best practices for Reservations teams.
• Monitors forecast vs actual reservation sales data and analyzes rate variance reports.
• Oversees Reservations administration, policies and workflows; budgets and resource planning.
• Champions AI-powered tools to improve productivity and reporting accuracy.
