Analyze market demand, booking trends, historical data, competitor pricing, and market intelligence to make informed pricing and inventory decisions. Establish and manage room rate structures, yield strategies, and pricing models across all market segments. Monitor and optimize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, market penetration, and other key revenue performance indicators. Conduct regular forecasting and demand analysis to support business planning and budgeting processes. Manage room inventory allocation across all distribution channels to achieve optimal revenue results. Evaluate and recommend promotional offers, packages, and tactical pricing initiatives based on market conditions and business needs. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue performance reports with actionable recommendations. Participate in budget preparation, business planning, and financial forecasting exercises. Lead and facilitate revenue strategy meetings, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Monitor competitor activities, market developments, industry trends, and emerging revenue opportunities.Reservations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery. Ensure all reservations are processed accurately, professionally, and in accordance with established hotel policies and procedures. Monitor reservation activity, booking pace, pick-up reports, cancellations, no-shows, and room availability. Ensure proper inventory controls and rate integrity across all reservation and distribution platforms. Supervise reservation systems, online booking channels, and third-party distribution partners to maintain accuracy and consistency. Manage room allocations for groups, corporate accounts, wholesale business, and special events in coordination with the Sales and Front Office teams. Ensure timely handling of guest inquiries, reservation requests, special arrangements, and customer concerns. Maintain accurate reservation records, forecasts, and reports to support operational and strategic decision-making. Review and optimize reservation procedures to enhance productivity, guest satisfaction, and conversion rates. Distribution Channel Management Manage all online and offline distribution channels, including direct booking platforms, Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), wholesalers, and corporate channels. Monitor channel performance, booking production, acquisition costs, and revenue contribution. Ensure rate parity, content accuracy, inventory availability, and promotional consistency across all channels. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop channel-specific promotions and revenue-generating initiatives. Evaluate new distribution opportunities and technologies that support revenue growth and market expansion.Leadership and Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop the Reservations team to achieve departmental objectives and service excellence. Conduct training, coaching, performance evaluations, and succession planning initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and guest-centric service. Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, procedures, and brand requirements. Promote effective communication and collaboration between Reservations, Sales, Front Office, Revenue, Marketing, and Finance teams.Financial and Administrative Responsibilities Prepare and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and operating expenses. Monitor departmental productivity, staffing requirements, and operational efficiency. Generate and analyze reports relating to revenue performance, reservations activity, market trends, and channel production. Ensure compliance with audit requirements, revenue controls, and financial reporting standards. Support strategic business initiatives and special projects assigned by hotel management.QUALIFICATIONSEducation Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, or Commercial Operations within an upscale or luxury hotel environment. Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), Central Reservation Systems (CRS), Channel Managers, and Revenue Management Systems (RMS).Experience Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence tools. Certification in Revenue Management, Hospitality Analytics, or related professional programs is an advantage. Strong understanding of online travel agencies (OTAs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), hotel distribution channels, and digital booking platforms. Excellent analytical, financial, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. Demonstrated ability to interpret market trends, competitive intelligence, and business performance metrics to drive revenue growth and profitability. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams. Proven experience managing revenue strategies, pricing, forecasting, and reservations operations.
