Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present available units, amenities, pricing, policies, and lease terms.
• Generate, qualify, nurture, and follow up with leasing leads through direct outreach, referrals, social media, digital platforms, and AI-assisted tools.
• Create and manage property listings and leasing content across relevant platforms.
• Use CRM, AI chatbots, and automated tools to engage prospects, qualify leads, schedule viewings, and support conversions.
• Monitor lead activity, campaign performance, inquiry trends, and prospect behavior to improve leasing strategies.
• Ensure AI-generated communications and marketing materials are accurate, professional, brand-aligned, and compliant with company policies.
• Assist prospects with applications, leasing documentation, and move-in coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, viewings, applications, follow-ups, and leasing activities.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams regarding unit readiness and occupancy.
• Support reception by welcoming guests, answering calls, managing visitor inquiries, and maintaining a professional reception environment.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
