Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years in product operations or similar roles.
• Strong technical proficiency across systems and tools.
• Ability to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Basic proficiency with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude).
• Excellent attention to detail and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support product and platform operations using back-end tools.
• Manage requests for product setup, configuration, and updates.
• Review and resolve product issues with cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain internal system and process documentation.
• Produce ad hoc and recurring operational reports.
