RELX in Manila seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of automation, AI, and digital solutions for externally engaged projects across RELX Business Units. You will translate complex business requirements into executable delivery plans and partner with leadership and delivery teams to ensure scalable, measurable outcomes from ideation to production.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years of experience in technical delivery roles (10+ preferred).
Proven experience delivering complex, multi-technology initiatives in enterprise environments.
Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business and technical domains.
Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery across the full lifecycle — ideation to maintenance.
Partner with business stakeholders across BUs and levels to align on priorities.
Support DSP engagements — primary delivery lead for DXO-as-a-Service initiatives under the ETP pillar.
Perform technical assessments — validating feasibility, solution design, and delivery approach across AI and automation use cases.
Drive end-to-end execution — coordinating cross-functional technical teams and ensuring timelines, quality, and value realization.
Ensure deployment readiness and post-go-live sustainability — adoption, stabilization, maintenance.
Establish scalable delivery frameworks across client engagements.
Translate technical concepts into business-facing insights for informed decisions.
