RELX in the Philippines is seeking an Enablement Lead - Change Management and AI Specialist to drive change delivery and AI fluency across Global Operations. You will partner with GOEC and operations leaders to translate strategy into practical enablement programs that boost adoption and value.

This role combines change management with AI enablement, requiring hands-on program design, governance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable outcomes while balancing competing priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; 3+ years in change management or related field.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional change initiatives from strategy to execution.
Experience delivering AI-enabled or data solutions change.
Ability to operate without embedded supervision and set priorities across competing demands.

Responsibilities

Lead change management delivery for AI-enabled and data solutions.
Develop stakeholder maps, readiness assessments, and adoption metrics.
Design AI enablement curriculum, materials, and delivery.
Coordinate with GOEC, Operations leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Maintain GOEC book of work intake, prioritization, governance, and reporting.
Monitor adoption metrics and provide leadership dashboards/reports.
