RELX in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of automation, AI, and advanced digital solutions for externally engaged projects across RELX Business Units. The role is a delivery enabler for the DXO-as-a-Service Program, moving engagements from ideation to production with clarity, rigor, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, CS or related field.
8+ years in technical delivery roles (10+ preferred).
Proven experience delivering complex, multi-technology initiatives in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery across the full lifecycle—from ideation, qualification, and implementation to deployment and maintenance.
Partner with business stakeholders across BUs and levels—aligning on priorities and ensuring delivery outcomes meet business objectives.
Support DXO-as-a-Service engagements—acting as the primary delivery lead for DSP initiatives under the ETP pillar.
Perform technical assessments—validating feasibility, solution design, and delivery approach across AI and automation use cases.
Drive end-to-end execution—coordinating cross-functional technical teams and ensuring timelines, quality, and value realization.
Establish deployment readiness and post-go-live sustainability—adoption, stabilization, and transition to maintenance.
