Job summary

RELX in Philippines is seeking an Enablement Lead - Change Management and AI Specialist to drive transformation in Global Operations. The role leads change management delivery and builds AI fluency, partnering with GOEC and cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and business value across AI-enabled data solutions.

The position is based in the Philippines and focuses on leading AI enablement programs, stakeholder engagement, and portfolio governance to accelerate AI-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in change management, organizational development, or related field.
• Experience delivering change on AI-enabled or data solutions.
• Ability to operate without embedded supervision and to balance competing demands across functions.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational, process, and role-level impacts of proposed changes.
• Develop stakeholder maps and conduct readiness assessments.
• Analyze feedback and identify risks or resistance.
• Develop and execute change management plans with communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Lead AI enablement learning tracks aligned to business priorities and personas.
• Design and deliver scalable AI enablement experiences and materials.
• Provide hands-on coaching to teams as they test and adopt AI-enabled ways of working.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools for business relevance and usability.
• Share ownership of AI enablement demand across Global Operations.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and governance for the GOEC book of work.
