Job summary

MangoTalent is seeking a Paid Media & Acquisition Specialist for a fast-growing US direct-to-consumer brand. You will own end-to-end paid media execution on Meta and Google, with AI-assisted QA and proactive communication.

Responsibilities include campaign setup, pacing, attribution hygiene, and collaboration with creative teams. You will work US CST hours and bring data-driven optimization to growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Meta and Google Ads for ecommerce
• Experience with US-based companies
• Must be available to work full US CST business hours (non-negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, QA, monitor and optimize paid social and search campaigns on Meta and Google
• Own campaign setup: audiences, placements, bids, budgets, URLs, UTMs and conversions
• Maintain pacing/forecast sheet; flag overspend or underspend early
• Monitor performance; recommend budget adjustments and tests
• Maintain attribution hygiene across ad platforms, Shopify and analytics tools
• Collaborate with creative team on deployment, testing and feedback
• Use AI system for QA, reporting and anomaly detection with human verification
• Coordinate additional paid placements and media buys as needed
