Job summary

WebIndia Inc. is seeking a Paid Marketing specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for our international e-commerce and service-based clients.

You will run profitable, performance-driven campaigns from strategy and setup to daily optimization and reporting, leveraging AI tools to work smarter and faster. Key responsibilities include keyword research, bid optimization, A/B testing, and tracking setup with GA4, GTM, and Meta Business Suite.

Qualifications

• Must-have: strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads with proven results.
• Experience with international e-commerce and service-based projects.
• Good understanding of AI tools for ad creation, reporting and optimization.
• Hands-on with Claude Code, Claude AI, ChatGPT, Gemini or similar AI platforms.
• Proficient in GA4, GTM, Meta Business Suite and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google & Meta ad campaigns for international clients.
• Develop and refine paid advertising strategies focused on ROI and profitability.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, ad copy creation, audience targeting, and bid optimization.
• Execute and monitor Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns daily.
• Track campaign performance and share weekly/monthly reports with insights and actions.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversions.
• Set up and manage tracking, conversions, remarketing, and attribution with analytics team.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude Code/AI, ChatGPT, Gemini) to improve setup, analysis, reporting, and efficiency.
