Job summary

Gloo, a Singapore-based agency, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to plan, execute, and optimise paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. You will collaborate with Content, Strategy, Accounts, and Creative teams to align media plans with business objectives while experimenting with AI tools and new channels in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital media roles
• Bonus: working knowledge of SEO fundamentals to support stronger landing page performance and integrated search strategy.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube
• Execute paid social, PPC, and SEM campaigns to support brand, performance, and amplification objectives
• Develop media plans, projections, and budget allocations based on campaign goals
• Set up, monitor, and optimise campaigns to maximise efficiency and performance
• Gather rate cards and media information from publishers, platforms, and partners
• Track spend closely and ensure budgets are paced accurately
• Benchmark performance against historical data and campaign objectives, and contribute findings to insights
• Analyse results and translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
• Prepare performance reports for internal teams and clients, and help automate repetitive parts of reporting
• Run and document small experiments with new AI tools and emerging channels, with a keep-or-drop call
• Share learnings with the wider team to standardise useful tools and workflows
• Stay up to date on platform updates and media best practices
• Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to ensure assets are optimised for paid performance
• Nice to have: Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative variations
