Job summary

Verz Design Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound lead generation and qualification, engaging target accounts through multiple channels and using AI tools to scale outreach.

You will own the early funnel, research decision-makers, and hand off qualified opportunities to SDRs. The role emphasizes data quality, ICP alignment, and proactive prospecting in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years in a BDR, outbound lead generation, or research-focused sales role.
Experience with outbound prospecting tools and AI-powered tools.
Proficiency with AI LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
Strong research instincts and ability to identify right people at target companies.
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of meeting lead volume standards.

Responsibilities

Run outbound prospecting to identify target accounts and decision-makers.
Reach out across multiple channels to initiate conversations and build early interest.
Qualify opportunities before handing them to SDRs.
Build and enrich high-quality lead lists and maintain data accuracy in CRM.
Use intent signals and buying indicators to prioritize accounts.
Leverage AI and automation to scale outbound workflows.
Collaborate with SDRs and Account Executives to refine ICP and messaging.
Track outbound activity and conversion into SDR-accepted opportunities.
Maintain data hygiene and contribute to data-driven improvements.
